Look around

If you don’t like who you are around someone, that’s your sign.
Not a sign to force yourself to fit, not a sign to silence yourself to keep peace—
but a sign to step back.

The people you spend time with should add light, not dim it.
They should bring out more of you, not make you shrink, question, or perform.

Protect your energy.
Pay attention to how you feel in their presence.
Because the version of you that blooms when you’re safe and seen—
that’s the one worth nurturing.

If they can’t meet you there, you don’t have to meet them at all.
