At Beana Chaos, we believe in the power of lived experience. Our team exists to guide, support, and hold space for others as they navigate healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. We are looking for compassionate, authentic people to join us as Coaches and Facilitators—individuals who get it, because they’ve been there, or they know someone who has.

Pay & Compensation

How team members are compensated:

  • Pay is per session and depends on session type, length, and format.

  • Example ranges: $40–$75 per session, with adjustments for experience and complexity.

  • Prep time and group workshops may be compensated or include a revenue share.

  • Payments are made per session or monthly, depending on agreement.

  • Exact rates and pay structure are discussed during the onboarding/interview call.

  • Passion, empathy, and ability to hold space are valued as much as formal experience.

Anyone with lived experience, a strong drive to help others, or professional coaching/facilitation experience. You don’t need formal credentials—empathy, compassion, and the ability to hold space are what matter most.

2. What sessions will I facilitate?


Team members may facilitate sessions including:

  • Unravel & Release

3. Is prior coaching or facilitation experience required?


No. While experience is helpful, we also welcome passionate advocates who want to help others through lived experience. Training and onboarding are provided.

4. How are team members compensated?

  • Pay is per session and depends on session type, length, and format (online or in-person).

  • Example ranges: $40–$75 per session, with adjustments for experience and complexity.

  • Prep time, group workshops, or special responsibilities may be compensated separately.

5. How much time do I need to commit?


Commitment varies. You choose your availability for sessions, and we match you with opportunities that fit your schedule.

6. Is this a volunteer role?


No—this is a compensated facilitation role. However, team members who are just starting may have flexible pay structures as they gain experience.

7. What support will I receive?


All team members receive:

  • Session guides, worksheets, and materials

  • Access to the Beana Chaos Team community for support and collaboration

8. How do I apply?


Complete the Team Application Form, then schedule an onboarding/interview call. After that, you’ll receive training and materials to start facilitating sessions.
